In the world today, people are plagued with the propensity to follow the repetitious and degrading sequence of passing the buck. Human nature hinders us from taking full responsibility for our situation and condition. It is always someone else who is to blame for what I am presently facing.
Some stumble over their feet, and then blame others for tripping them. Most failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses. It with this in mind that I present this thought, which when truly taken to heart will change the way we live our day to day lives. Though it may sound simple, its application is able to transform us into what the apostle Paul said we are to be - More than conquerors
I Need a Revival
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
